We are planning on attending several different conventions throughout the year. Below, you'll find the name, dates and website of each Convention we're attending, as well as the activities that the Houston Domain is planning on participating in for each Convention.

ApolloCon - June 22-24, 2007

Desription: Houston's only general Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Con!
Presented by the Houston Science Fiction Association (HSFA)
A single event for fans of speculative and imaginative fiction of all kinds, including literary, media, and interactive. Combining interesting and informative programming on literary, media, science and culture topics, networking opportunities for clubs and individual fans, art exhibits, and sales of books and other SF/F/H items.

What the Camarilla will be doing there: We're going to have a table set up for information about the Camarilla fan club. We'll also be selling fundraiser merchandise to benefit the domain and a charity of our choosing. W'll be running one LARP, Mage the Awakening. We'll be hosting a room party.

Want to volunteer? We'll need people to work the table. In addition, we'll need stuff to sell and raffle off. We'll need some people to help run the Mage game, and are open to anyone wanting to run Tabletop games. We'll need booze for the room party, and people to help set up for the party, as well as a person or two who won't mind staying sober to act as a watch dog during the party. International Camarilla Conclave

ICC 2007 starts on October 18th in Nashville, TN.

ICC is the grandest convention of the year within the global setting.
